Description:  Beautiful painted stones that celebrate not only the holiday season but the good fortune and lessons that elephants Mundi, Bo, and Tarra carry along the way.  May the spirit of this season lead us to enhance the good qualities of love, kindness, and tolerance, just as Bo, Tarra, and Mundi do at Elephant Refuge North America.

Materials: Natural stone, watercolor paint, alcohol inks, rhinestones, Dragonfly glaze with permanent vinyl accents.  All are sealed in high-quality resin to protect the art and allow the colors to show through.

Size:  3″ to 7″ approx.

Use:  Decorative – Indoors

About the Artist: Maritza Curet, resident of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. Creating an image using a natural stone as a canvas was born from the desire to see Mundi Libre (Mundi Free).

The name “La Piedrita de Mundi” (Mundi’s Little Stone) was created to raise social awareness to liberate the captive animals of the closed Puerto Rico Zoo.
