EleCam - Elephant Refuge North America

Our EleCam is on hiatus because Bo and Tarra shifted over to the expanded 750 acre habitat, where we have yet to install the infrastructure for Elephant Refuge North America’s EleCam system. You can help regain access to the EleCam by donating to our EleCam Expansion campaign.

Help Expand the EleCam System

Donate now to make your gift go further! A generous supporter has offered to match all donations until we reach our $30,000 goal to buy, install and network more cameras to enhance your viewing experience. We value every donation, regardless of amount. Thank you!

About ERNA’s EleCam

At ERNA, the needs of our elephants come first. We are not open to the public and ERNA’s volunteers have no physical interaction with the elephants.

At the same time, we know it’s a great learning experience to watch elephants being elephants in a natural habitat.

That’s why we have our EleCam: so you can watch our elephants (and Mala) unobtrusively as they go about their daily lives.

The high definition cameras will be located throughout the entire 850-acre habitat to auto track movement; tilt, pan, zoom and follow objects; and rotate 360 degrees. They even have night vision so you can check on Tarra and Bo after dark.
