More Than Three Elephants
As we enter our Annual Appeal season, your support strengthens not only the daily care of Tarra, Bo, and Mundi, but the broader international work that defines Elephant Aid International. While caring for our three resident elephants and maintaining their 850-acre habitat is a full-time commitment, our impact reaches hundreds of elephants across South and Southeast Asia—and beyond.
For more than 15 years, we’ve trained veterinarians, technicians, mahouts, and caregivers in humane, compassionate elephant care. Their skills now support elephants in Nepal, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, and France. When travel isn’t possible, we guide caregivers remotely—providing lifesaving foot care instruction, behavioral evaluations, and chain-free construction support through live video.
These long-standing relationships, built over decades of hands-on experience, allow us to respond quickly when an elephant needs food, medical care, or emergency assistance. Your generosity is what keeps this work moving forward, improving the lives of elephants wherever the need is greatest.
