Hand Painted Stones for Bo
Bo Hand-Painted Stones
These hand-painted stones feature Bo, one of the three resident elephants at Elephant Refuge North America. Each piece is individually crafted and painted, making every stone one of a kind. Simple, expressive designs reflect Bo’s presence at the Refuge and the life he now lives there.
Proceeds from each stone directly support Bo’s care, including his daily food, habitat, and ongoing well-being. What you’re purchasing isn’t just a decorative piece; it’s a small, tangible way to support ethical elephant care.

About the Artist: Maritza Curet from Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, used a natural stone as a canvas to highlight the desire for Mundi’s freedom (“Mundi Libre”). “La Piedrita de Mundi” (Mundi’s Little Stone) was created to raise social awareness and liberate all the captive animals of the closed Puerto Rico Zoo.
The back of each one-of-a-kind stone is decorated with the EAI logo and the series number.
