Asian elephants may one day roam the pastures of South Georgia mere miles from Tallahassee. She [Carol Buckley] has a vision of creating a sanctuary for as many as 10 elephants on the land, which is less than a 30-mile drive from Tallahassee. And she wants to bring her elephant Tarra with her.
